  • Business License (SIUP): Our parent company, Juara Holding Group, holds a valid Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP) for marine tourism, issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
  • Tax ID (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer in Indonesia with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), fulfilling all fiscal obligations.
  • Employee Welfare (BPJS): All our Indonesian employees are fully registered and covered by the mandatory national social security programs: BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (pension and work accident insurance).

Maritime Vessel & Crew Certification

  • Vessel Seaworthiness: Each phinisi in our fleet has a Certificate of Seaworthiness (Surat Kelaiklautan Kapal) issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Ditjen Hubla) and is classed by the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI).
  • Captain & Officer Certification: Our captains hold, at minimum, an Ahli Nautika Tingkat II (ANT-II) license, with senior captains holding the highest ANT-I Master Mariner qualification. Engineers hold equivalent Ahli Teknika Tingkat (ATT) certifications.
  • Crew Safety Training: All crew members, from deckhands to stewards, are required to hold a Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate, which includes firefighting, personal survival techniques, and first aid.
  • SOLAS & ISM Compliance: Our vessels are equipped with safety equipment—including life rafts, EPIRBs, and fire suppression systems—that complies with the principles of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). We operate under the principles of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code.
