  • Culinary Excellence (15 points): The onboard chef and galley are assessed on hygiene (HACCP principles), menu creativity, ability to cater to complex dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, kosher, allergies), and the quality and freshness of provisions sourced from our vetted partners.
